house, afterwards, the booking must be confirmed. The staff from
CVS will contact you to
settle the terms of the contract.

staff will check the availability of the house and will give you
further information, then you will receive details about the
down payment, that sometimes is requested (on average: 30% of
the whole price) and further infos about how you can book your
holiday house in Sardinia.
