Casa Iris is a beautiful newly built villa, in
Baja Sardinia.
The villa owns a valuable stone facade, it is sourrounded by
more than one hectare of ground, which includes a wonderful
orchard and a picturesque vineyard; the villa is located in an
idyllic scenery, made of silence, imposing granitical rocks, and
a wild, thousand years old mediterranean "macchia" (vegetation).

The villa owns three bright and sunny two-roomed apartments at
the ground floor. Each apartment has his own indipendent entry
and is composed by a matrimonial bedroom, a living room with a divan bed, a
cooking corner and a bathroom.
Each apartment owns domestic appliances and a tv.
The rent fees for 2 pax, until the 31th
MAI are 280 € at week.
For
4 pax
the weekly price is: 420 €.
